About Me

I am a runner, currently competing at an international level in the sport of Orienteering. I also like to compete on the hills, country and road. You may even find me on a track on occasion. My goal out of all this is to be as good as I can be and to have a good time.

I’m a curious person and studying sports biomechanics has given me an outlet for that curiosity. I must be enjoying it as I’m spending three years studying a PhD on the biomechanics of golf. Specifically ‘Movement and shot outcome variability in the golf swing’.
